At Evergreen Surgical, it is our goal to provide our patients with high quality, compassionate, personalized surgical care. We don’t like to keep you waiting for your surgery, so we do our best to schedule your appointments and operations as soon as possible. Office visits are by appointment at our office at 719 West Hamilton Avenue, in Eau Claire.

Our surgeons encourage you to call the office with your questions both before and after your surgery. Often our experienced office staff will be able to answer your questions. If not, your surgeon will return your call when he is available. The office staff is able to contact the surgeons for emergencies.

We perform surgery at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire as well as the OakLeaf Surgical Hospital. The Evergreen surgeons are also on the staff of several of the hospitals in the communities surrounding Eau Claire, including Durand, Stanley, and Chippewa Falls. Appointments can be made through our office with Dr. Daniels in Chippewa Falls and Stanley; and Dr. Wogahn in Durand.
